I welcome the participants of the 3rd International Moscow Academic Economic Forum, which brought together representatives of government, business, expert community, and non-profits.
The future of Russia largely depends on the level of development of Russian economic thought, its focus on practice and predictive potential. The period of the global economy's impending recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic promises to be a time of new opportunities, therefore, new theoretical approaches that can secure the realization of Russia's competitive advantages and its readiness for new big challenges are gaining special relevance today.
I hope that the recommendations of the 3rd International Moscow Academic Economic Forum will serve as an answer to this urgent need and will benefit the Russian economy.
I wish all participants fruitful work, inspiration, and new ideas.
